Yes you can. All pay monthly packages are for a minimum period which will be outlined on your personal proposal.

Once you have reached this minimum period you will then have the option to either buy your website, redesign your website or keep your website as it is.

This isn't a problem.

We understand that your website is an evolving entity. If you require additional functionality this can be easily added and charged as a custom requirement based on the time it takes to implement.

For website design we have two options. Our professional web design package or our premium web design service.

If you select our professional web design package you can choose from one of our professionally designed layouts which will be themed to fit your branding. If however, you require something that is a little more unique then our premium web design service will create a completely personalised website design for you.

In most instances our pay monthly customers don't have any set up fee's.

However if say you require a premium website design, have additional design requirements or require custom functionality that we don't already cater for, then you will most likely have a set up fee.

If you pay upfront, you will need to factor in ongoing fee's for hosting, domain names and optional services such as Gemmail email marketing and Gemview customer relationship management system (CRM).

But in your personal proposal we will ensure you are made aware of any ongoing costs you are likely to incur.

We are confident that feature for feature we offer excellent value for money, that will be difficult to beat in terms of quality of design and functionality.

However if you manage to find a provider who can offer exactly the same level and type of service and solution we'll be happy to match the price you have been quoted*.
